Our people
Our people make Grow Wellbeing what it is.
We’re a team of qualified and experienced Forest School Leaders, educators, horticulturalists, therapists, arborists and conservationists, working together to create practical, nature-connected experiences that are safe, welcoming and well-run.

We’re committed to learning and development — keeping our practice current through CPD, supervision and reflective learning, and sharing our expertise with others, including through our work as an accredited training centre.

Leadership and governance
Grow Wellbeing is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by guarantee, which means we exist for community benefit. Any surplus is reinvested into our work and the communities we serve.
Our Directors provide governance and strategic oversight and meet quarterly. Duane Chong leads the organisation day to day as the executive Director, supported by a non-executive Board that provides oversight and accountability.

Our organisational structure:
Directors (governance) → Operational leads (day-to-day leadership) → Delivery team (programmes).
